• Only after sending the bank transfer receipt will the reservation be considered EFFECTIVE/CONFIRMED.

• Failure to receive the receipt will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

There will be no charge from the credit card informed when requesting this reservation, only during the last 7 (seven) days before check-in. Unless the reservation was made within this 7 (seven) day period.

Cancellations:

• In case of request to cancel the reservation made, and transfer of value made, there will be a refund, if the request is received within seven days of check in, observing the provisions in "Prepayment and Cancellation Policies" with the submission of the bank details of the holder of the reservation. If the cancellation request period is within 48 (forty-eight) hours before check in, the property reserves the right to retain the amount for another accommodation date to be confirmed.
• For reservations made, and there is no show (NO SHOW) without prior notice through WhatsApp, or even through the Classic Hotel and Motel page, the amount will be used to cover expenses, as the room was left unoccupied.
