Payments:
At the time of booking and confirmation, you will need to choose between payment by credit card or bank transfer, with proof of payment sent.

The maximum deadline for sending proof of payment is 48 hours before check-in. It will be sent immediately if the booking is within this 48-hour period.
Only after sending proof of bank transfer will the booking be considered EFFECTED/CONFIRMED.

Failure to receive proof of payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
There will be no charge to the credit card provided at the time of booking, only during the last 7 (seven) days before check-in. Unless the booking was made within this 7 (seven) day period.
Cancellations:
In case of a cancellation request for a reservation and payment transfer, a refund will be issued if the request is received more than seven days before check-in, subject to the provisions of the “Prepayment and Cancellation Policies” and the submission of the reservation holder's bank details. If the cancellation request is made within 48 (forty-eight) hours before check-in, the property reserves the right to retain the amount for another confirmed stay date.
For reservations made, and in case of no-show without prior notice via WhatsApp or through the Classic Hotel and Motel page, the amount will be retained to cover expenses, as the room remained unoccupied.
Please verify that the chosen room and the number of people in this reservation are correct.
Make corrections if necessary.
Reservations for minors:
Minors must be accompanied by their parents and stay in the same room as their parents.
If only one parent is present at check-in, the spouse must follow the procedure below, in accordance with the ECA (Brazilian Statute of Children and Adolescents), the Guardianship Council, and the Juvenile Court. We suggest seeking guidance from the Juvenile Court.
The absent spouse must provide a Declaration, stating their full name, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), and full address, authorizing the minor(s) (list the full name of each minor, their ID or CPF number, and full address) to travel to and stay at the Classic Hotel, duly accompanied by their legal guardian (full name, ID or CPF, full address), from (check-in date) to (check-out date).
